In 1994 Phil Roberts invited art school buddy Mark Wagner to help him with the featured street painting piece – Michelangelo’s “Last Judgement.” 10 x 20 ft. (6 days). This recent Memorial day weekend was the 25th anniversary of the I Madonnari Italian Street Painting Festival in Santa Barbara 2011. This chalk drawing festival is the oldest festival in the USA.
